TriLoch Solutions Limited ("TriLoch", "we") respects your privacy and follows the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you use our contact form or join a mailing list, we collect your name, email address, business name and anything you choose to tell us in your message.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, send information you asked for (such as a book launch notice) and provide our services. We don't sell or rent your information.

Where it's stored

Your information may be stored with trusted service providers, some of whom are outside New Zealand. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it to a standard comparable with New Zealand law.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@trilochsolutions.com.

LeadSmith Assistant and ProjectSmith Assistant have their own terms and privacy information, which cover the data you store in them.
