About TriLoch
The help I wish every small business had
I'm Hayden Smith, founder of TriLoch Solutions. I've spent more than 25 years in sales, marketing and commercial leadership, most of it in healthcare. I started as a sales rep, talking with customers every day, understanding what they needed and working out how I could help. Most recently, I led commercial strategy and execution across Japan, South East Asia, Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
Along the way I was lucky to get a lot of training. I became a certified Kaizen practitioner in five commercial tools, and I saw first-hand what they can do. They take the guesswork out of a business problem. You start with the facts, find what's really going on, and fix it step by step.
But I also saw that most businesses never get access to tools like these. Big companies have whole teams for it. Small businesses and clinics often have one or two people following up customers while also answering the phones and running the books.
That's why I started TriLoch. Kaizen means "continuous improvement", and that's how we work: small, practical changes that add up. We offer simple tools that remind you who to follow up with, skills you can use first thing Monday morning, and advice that fits where your business is today.

What we believe
Simple beats clever
If a tool needs a training day, it won't get used. We build things a busy team can pick up in minutes.
Follow-up wins
Most sales aren't lost to a competitor. They're lost because nobody called back. Reliable follow-up is the whole game.
Help, don't police
Our tools help people remember and prioritise. They aren't built to measure staff or catch them out.
